Refund and Returns Policy

At OROVA, customer satisfaction is our priority. We make sure every product is quality-checked before shipping. However, if you receive an incorrect or defective item, we’re here to help.

Exchange Policy

Exchanges are accepted only in the following cases:

  • You received a damaged, defective, or wrong item
  • You notify us within 2 days of receiving the parcel
  • The product is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition

We do NOT accept:

  • Exchanges for size issues (please check the size chart before ordering)
  • Returns or refunds for “change of mind”
  • Products bought during sales or promotions

 

How to Request an Exchange

  1.  Contact us on WhatsApp or Instagram within 2 days of receiving your order.
  2. Provide order number, product pictures, and reason for exchange.
  3. If approved, send the item back via courier (cost borne by customer).
  4. We’ll dispatch the replacement once the original item is received and inspected.
