Refund and Returns Policy
At OROVA, customer satisfaction is our priority. We make sure every product is quality-checked before shipping. However, if you receive an incorrect or defective item, we’re here to help.
Exchange Policy
Exchanges are accepted only in the following cases:
- You received a damaged, defective, or wrong item
- You notify us within 2 days of receiving the parcel
- The product is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition
We do NOT accept:
- Exchanges for size issues (please check the size chart before ordering)
- Returns or refunds for “change of mind”
- Products bought during sales or promotions
How to Request an Exchange
- Contact us on WhatsApp or Instagram within 2 days of receiving your order.
- Provide order number, product pictures, and reason for exchange.
- If approved, send the item back via courier (cost borne by customer).
- We’ll dispatch the replacement once the original item is received and inspected.
